EMEW Copper Processing Plant, Zambia

• Initial production capacity of 500 tonnes of copper and 100 tonnes of cobalt per annum with the potential to increase to 1,000 tonnes per year in first year.
  
  
• Copper electrowinning equipment on site valued at $2.6 million.
  
  
• Feed to be sourced from ICS owned mining concessions and third parties.
  
  
• Current site has access to power, water, and buildings and is permitted for the use of sulphuric acid on-site.  The site also has five arc furnaces that can be renovated for use which will contribute an additional 500 tonnes per annum of a smeltered copper product. 
  
  
• The local municipal council has approved an electrowinning plant on the site. 
  
  

Copper Ore from the Central African Copper Belt

• ICS has a joint venture agreement and a memorandum of understanding with two parties covering land packages totalling over 5,000 km2.  These lands provide excellent opportunities for easily accessible surface copper oxide ore as well as excellent exploration potential.
  
  
• ICS also has two other copper projects that could provide significant additional potential.  The Musoshi Tailings alone are believed to contain over 20 million tonnes grading 0.45% copper. 
  
  

Central African Copper Belt - Democratic Republic of Congo

• Central Africa Copper Belt is one of the greatest metallogenic provinces containing 34% of the world’s cobalt and over 10% of the world’s copper reserves.
  
  
• Production from the Copper Belt is currently over 1 million tonnes of copper per annum and growing.
  
  
• Zambia is the world’s largest cobalt producer supplying 20% of the world’s cobalt.
  
  
• Major mining companies such as Glencore, Anvil Mining, Freeport-McMoRan, Lundin Mining and First Quantum Minerals among others remain active in the Copper Belt.
  
  
• The potential for finding new world class ore bodies is considered to be excellent.
