Exacom Properties

TOTAL LAND PACKAGE OF 5,366 SQUARE KILOMETERS.

On 7th September 2006 the Company entered into an option agreement (the “Exacom Option Agreement”) with Exacom Ltd. (“Exacom”) of the DRC, as amended on January 9th 2007, whereby the Company was granted an option to acquire a total of 73.5% interest in a joint venture company to be established by Exacom which will hold title to five mining concessions located in the Katanga province of the DRC (The “Exacom Project”).

In order to exercise the option, the Company will pay an aggregate of US$ 200,000 to Exacom. These payments are subject to various conditions precedent, including verification of title by the Company, and receipt of a positive bankable feasibility study.

The Company intends to do some preliminary geological trench digging and sampling and assaying on the Exacom Project for an aggregate cost of approximately US 100,000 within the next 12 months.

The properties are all located in the Province of Katanga and in the regions of BAYOMBWE, BUKAMA, KABALO, KANIAMA and LUBUDI near the famous Kolwezi region.
